Geography Bee Plaque Presentation

Each year The Founders Academy hosts the National Geographic Geography Bee for students in grades 6-8.
Our school winner in both 2017 and 2018 was Jackson Huot, who subsequently represented the school at the state competition each year. Remarkably, Jackson was the victor as a 6th grader and again as a 7th grader, competing against all middle school students.
He and his parents, Tom and Stephanie, joined Mr. Van Ewyk for the presentation of a special plaque that will hang in the school's front office.
