"Angel Tree" Program: 2021

The National Junior Honor Society, in conjunction with the Board of Trustees and school administration, is proud to sponsor The Founders Academy "Angel Tree" Program 2021 for the upcoming holiday / winter season.
There are two ways that families can participate - as a donor or as a recipient.
For recipients: We are currently accepting requests for the 2021 program. Please fill out this form to be considered for assistance. Participation is confidential. Gift delivery will be coordinated through school administrators and the student services department. Your privacy will always be respected.
For donors: For every item requested from the recipients in our community, an "ornament" will be placed on our Angel Tree in the front lobby of the school. Please sign up here to indicate your interest and ability to be a donor Angel.
